Ross was appointed CFO of Rubicon in October 2009.

In his role he manages the financial structure of Rubicon, including all statutory reporting and accounting functions.

In addition Ross's responsibilities cover treasury management, compliance, and company secretarial matters.

Prior to joining Rubicon Ross had over 15 years experience at senior management level, including holding CFO positions for an ASX listed public company and local divisions of multi-national transport and manufacturing companies.

Ross holds a degree in Business from RMIT and is a qualified CPA.

Trevor has been with Rubicon Systems America since May 2009, as Chief Executive Officer USA.

Previously, he worked as a consultant for Rubicon, developing the U.S. growth strategy in 2008.

Trevor comes to Rubicon from A.T. Kearney, where he worked for seven years as a management consultant specialising in strategy.

Prior to his time there, he was a retail operations district manager for seven years with Starbucks Coffee in the U.S.

He earned an MBA with honours, specialised in International Business, from Manchester Business School in the U.K.

Luke joined Rubicon in July 1998. He has more than 11 years experience in irrigation/SCADA systems.

He is a qualified System Architect and has been a key player in the development of Rubicon software products.

Luke was appointed as General Manager China in July 2009. He is responsible for the establishment and management of Rubicon China operation.

Luke has a masters degree in Information System Management and a masters degree in Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology.
