Rubicon's MicronLevel™ is a precision level sensor developed specifically for the water industry.
Using advanced ultrasonic and signal processing technology the MicronLevel™ sensor can detect liquid levels to a resolution of 100 microns over a 1400 mm span.
Acoustic signals are transmitted within the MicronLevel's™ filtered ranging chamber, where they reflect off the liquid surface and are processed by advanced digital signal processing electronics.
The MicronLevel™ features an integrated reference mark, against which the sensor self-calibrates on every measurement. This Reference-Mark ensures that the sensor provides consistently accurate measurements independent of environmental disturbances.
The MicronLevel™ is specifically designed for the difficult environments encountered in liquid level monitoring applications. The MicronLevel™ measures within its own controlled measurement chamber. Measurements are unaffected by surrounding objects, debris, foam, silt, and other contaminants.
The unique nature of this instrument is its ability to process acoustic signals to such high accuracy in its confined ranging chamber. A number of patents apply for this technology.
