System is central to Total Channel
Control and manages demand
requests placed upon the channel
network ensuring ”On Demand”
service levels. Based on a patented and
robust model using actual field data
the system “self learns” the dynamics
of the channel network. DMS satisfies
all requests for water within that
capacity on a first in – first out basis
and if necessary schedules any
requests that exceed capacity.
DMS manages the interface
to customers by Internet and
Telephone (IVR) and provides a
gateway to supervisory control
through ScadaConnectTM for
channel system infrastructure.
Demand Management System ensures
order fulfillment by managing key
functions:
- Can the system meet request
- Optimises channel system utilization with Total Channel Control
